From the start we have built our software with a global mindset, so the potential market is huge. Now it is up to us to become the worldwide standard back-end software for financial activities.

Bricknode is a B2B focused SaaS-company that provides a highly scalable cloud banking software. The platform offers composable infrastructure to financial institutions and supports the digitalization of processes within those organizations to enable a seamless end user experience. A primary product advantage is the flexibility and quick time to market where deployment can occur instantly.

About the role

Our Customer Success team is our main point of contact for all our clients. The team supports, educates and shapes our customers to get the best possible experience out of our software. We are dedicated to stand out amongst the crowd when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. 

What we need is someone that can take our Customer Success to the next level, to streamline, prepare for scale and really nail our strategies. We are growing and our future Head of Customer Success will be essential in that journey.

Mission:

The core mission of the Head of Customer Success is to love our customers and organize the love that we get back into the right channels so we can convert great feedback into fantastic products.

As we grow internationally we must ensure that our whole organization is attentive to customer needs and nurture personal relationships with our users.

You will work operationally and strategically to grow the Customer Success function. The role includes staff and budget responsibilities, refining and developing processes and strategies, recruiting and ensuring we continue to grow Customer Success in a scalable and smart way.

The Head of Customer Success is expected to:

  • Own KPI's within client satisfaction, up-selling and churn.
  • Improve our way of onboarding and helping clients in a scalable way.
  • Lead the Customer Success team, currently consisting of 4 fantastic team members.
  • Monitor, measure and analyze KPI's.
  • Work both strategically and hands-on.
  • Support the product team with feedback from customers regarding. improvements, new functionality and requirements.
  • Scale up the team as we grow.
  • Be part of our management team and contribute to our overall performance and growth.

Key Competencies:

  • We think you are a person who takes the initiative, a relationship builder and a goal achiever. But also structured and persistent with a long term view.
  • You are eager to learn, work hard and are passionate about joining a dynamic scale-up journey
  • Minimum 3-years experience from the financial industry. Our customers are brokerage firms, advisors, credit institutions and different FinTech's. Relevant domain knowledge is very good!
  • Experience from customer success activities.
  • Experience from sales or up-selling is very positive.
  • Experience from a SaaS-business, and especially within finance, is a big advantage.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; other languages are beneficial.
  • Technical background would be great.
